Return Policy

Because every scratchboard pet portrait is custom-made from your photo, we do not accept standard returns. If you are dissatisfied with your portrait, please contact us at info@woolywoolie.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make every effort to resolve your concern.

If additional modifications are needed, you may return the artwork at your own shipping cost and we will complete the agreed alterations.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order and before work begins, we will provide a full refund. If work has already begun, cancellations will receive a 50% refund of the total price.

Order Change Policy

To request a change, email us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes requested after work begins cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate them.
