Photo Guide
The quality of the photo you upload is crucial to ensure a high-quality final pet portrait product. Here are some tips and guidelines to help you get it just right:
● Take a photo in daylight or a brightly lit room, or choose an existing photo that meets these conditions.
● Use a smartphone or a high-quality camera.
● Make sure the whole face & neck is visible and not in shadows.
● Avoid using overly filtered photos to accurately capture your pet's coloring.
● Ensure your pet is looking directly at the camera, facing forward. Other positions are also acceptable, and the final portrait product will depict your pet in that position.
