      Each portrait is handcrafted with care, so it takes time to ensure the highest quality. Once we begin processing your order, it typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete, and it will take another 10 days to be shipped to you. This time allows our artists to carefully capture your pet’s unique features and personality. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm the delivery timeframe. Confirming your order also means it is locked in. We will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm the details of your order.
